For 150 years, the Concordia Sentinel has had the privilege of telling the stories of the Miss-Lou.
From community celebrations and school achievements to local government meetings, sports victories, and moments of triumph and loss, your stories have filled our pages for generations.
As we celebrate our 150th birthday, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the residents of Concordia Parish and the entire Miss-Lou region for welcoming us into your homes and trusting us to document the history of our communities.
This milestone belongs not only to the Concordia Sentinel but to every reader, subscriber, advertiser, community leader, and family who has supported local journalism through the decades.
Thank you for allowing us to share your stories, preserve your history, and serve this community since 1876.
Here's to the next 150 years.
