Hey, my name is Randi, and I’m a tattoo artist at Neon Panther Tattoo in Findlay, Ohio. Whether it’s black and gray or bright colors, I absolutely love tattooing plants, mushrooms, animals, lady faces, and witchy things. 🌱▪️When I’m Open▪️🌱
I’m open for tattooing Thursdays 10am-8pm, Fridays 2:30-8pm, Saturdays and Sundays 10am-8pm.
I work a second job, so Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and most Friday mornings are a no-go. On very, very rare occasions I might have these days off of that job and therefore would be open to tattooing. So if those are the only days that work for you, feel free to ask and I’ll take a look at my schedule to see if I have anything open upcoming.

Please give me as much information about your idea as possible, including subject matter, general size and placement, reference images if applicable, as well as what times and days work best for your schedule.
I do NOT give out my personal phone number to clients. If you’ve texted me before, it is a fake number set up through a third party. Sometimes this number changes, so if you haven’t contacted me in a while please utilize these other methods mentioned, not the phone number.
It may take up to two days for me to respond. I might read your message but not respond immediately. Please understand that I work two jobs and don’t always have the ability to give my full attention to a message until a few days later.
🌱▪️Deposits▪️🌱
I require a non-refundable deposit of $30 at the time of booking. This amount goes towards the final cost of your tattoo. If you need to reschedule, please give me as much time as possible before hand and I’ll honor your deposit for a different day. I know life happens, so I try to be pretty lenient with this, but I will request another deposit if rescheduling keeps happening.
If you cancel or take over a month to get back to me for a new reschedule date, you forfeit your deposit.
🌱▪️Pricing▪️🌱
I currently price by piece. My minimum is $50, which is reserved for simple, small designs or words. If I think something might take an entire day (about 6-7 hours) I typically charge $350.
I sometimes give groups of people getting the same, simple or small designs a discount, based on my discretion. Feel free to ask!
🌱▪️Payment▪️🌱
I accept cash, card, cashapp, Venmo, and paypal (although I don’t personally prefer paypal). If you use my venue.ink website for booking, you can send money through there as well.
🌱▪️Additional misc information▪️🌱
I will do 2 free touch ups up to a year after getting your tattoo. Scheduling a touch up after a year, or if requesting more than 2, will require payment.
I prefer clients to be 18 or older. On the rare occasion I do tattoo a minor, I require a parent or guardian’s signature and proof of parental status or guardianship (such as a birth certificate)
As a heads up, the shop insulation isn’t perfect. If it’s hot outside, it’s going to be toasty inside. If it’s cold outside, it might be nice to bring a blanket. I do have a fan for summer and a space heater for winter but it only does so much.
Finally, yes, the shop is out near some fields. If your GPS takes you to a door that says “use front door” please pull around to the other side of the building. You should see the road from where you park and windows with plants and word art.
