Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding Pan
Ingredients:
For the Pudding:
2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups whole milk
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 cup strawberry puree (fresh or store-bought)
2-3 bananas, sliced
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 package (11 oz) Nilla Wafers or graham crackers (for layering)
For the Topping:
Additional sliced strawberries and banana slices for garnish
Crushed graham crackers or Nilla Wafers for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pudding:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until well combined. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
3. Combine Layers:
Gently fold the strawberry puree into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
4. Layer the Dessert:
In a 9x13 inch pan or individual serving dishes, start layering:
Begin with a layer of Nilla Wafers or graham crackers.
Add a layer of sliced bananas.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top.
Pour half of the vanilla pudding on top.
Repeat the layers (cookies, bananas, cream cheese mixture, pudding).
5. Top It Off:
Finish with a layer of whipped topping on top of the final pudding layer.
Garnish with sliced strawberries and bananas, and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers or Nilla Wafers.
6. Chill and Serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
