Photo essay: Coconino Community College recently featured two literary events. The first, the CCC Read Feast, brought together writers, artists and entertainers from all over the community and at the College to share their inspired work. The second was a a Poetry Workshop with Museum of Northern Arizona poet-in-residence Jodie E Hollander. The events highlighted CCC's publications, Curios & OnCourse, as well as the new CCC Common Reads program, which features the book "Tribe" by Sebastian Junger. https://flic.kr/s/aHsmpFJ851

Curios is a student-run and student-produced publication at . Our intent is to be able to expose all of the fascinating art and literature that surrounds our lives throughout northern Arizona. We are unbiased, meaning we see the true beauty in everything that is submitted. All submissions have an equal opportunity for inclusion in the publication, but we do reserve the right to refuse publication of any art / literature we feel is inappropriate for a publication of this type. Our goal is to make sure that the opportunity for artists in our community is continuously growing. By collecting these miraculous pieces we hope for the world to see the potential of this gracious area filled with creativity.
