Conquered Humphrey’s Peak on 9/11, the highest point in Arizona at 12,633 feet! 🙌🏼 It was an intense climb, especially with 70 mph winds whipping around as we scrambled up the rocks near the summit. Definitely got a bit sketchy up there, but we pushed through. It took us 8.5 hours. I’m definitely feeling it today.

Every hike is a chance to reset mentally and push myself physically. I love it so much! I can’t even explain how great it’s been for me. Feeling pretty proud of myself. 👏🏼

Had the most amazing time hiking in my favorite place a few weeks ago… Sedona! We hiked to the subway cave, hiked the boynton canyon trail and ended the day hiking to slide rock to cool off in the water. It was absolutely breathtaking there. I just love everything about Sedona and can’t wait to go back.

What an epic adventure hiking the Bob Bear Trail to Fossil Creek Falls! Crystal clear waters and a magical cave swim made it worth every step of the 8.5+ miles. 🥾 The hike back up felt like a 2.5-hour stairmaster challenge 😅 , but the views and memories with my friend were unbeatable! ✨

Made a stop at the Grand Canyon on our road trip to Zion. Always in awe of the beauty here. Don’t worry, I didn’t do any major hiking in vans. 😜 Excited that the next time I come back here I’ll be doing a 24 mile hike Rim to Rim through the canyon.

Had an incredible time hiking the Horton Creek Trail in Payson with friends! 10 miles, intense inclines, a couple falls 🙃, 3000 calories burned, 6 hours of hiking and absolute stunning views. Loved every second. 🥾
