In 2020 when I began this business, my mom helped me start it with the plan for this to be my SAE while in FFA, a simple hobby of selling cut flower arrangements from our garden. It quickly turned into something more, becoming my ultimate passion of event floristry…especially for weddings! 💕 In 2024 I was named the Diversified Horticulture Proficiency State Winner, placing top 7 in the entire nation.

Being named as the State Star in Agribusiness was always somewhat of a goal, but also one that took a lot of work. The last four years of business all went into record; finances, photos, articulating my challenges, growth, and finally an interview.

The Kentucky FFA Star in Agribusiness Award is one of the highest honors an FFA member can receive. It recognizes a student who has developed an outstanding agricultural business through their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE). This award celebrates entrepreneurship, dedication, and leadership in the world of ag-based business. Whether it’s producing a product, providing a service, or managing a growing enterprise, the recipient shows excellence in planning, financial management, and innovation. I’m incredibly honored to be recognized for the business I’ve built and the passion I have for agriculture!

Having favorite weddings that I’ve done flowers for is like asking a parent to pick a favorite child, but this last wedding was truly special and a full circle moment.
I’ve done many dance, formal, and prom flowers for her brothers over the last few years of high school, and Amanda was one of my first supporters and customers of my cut flower arrangements—so when Madalyn asked me to do her wedding flowers it was an ABSOLUTE yes! 💕
Her inspiration was amazing to bring to life and her and her family was even better to work with💐
