Scheduled arraignments were continued from May 21 and June 11 on motion of the defense – when the plea was entered, Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity.

It all began in October of 2024 when certain actions resulted in a felony charge of malicious wounding, three misdemeanor charges of hit and run (fail to stop at the scene of a wreck), and one misdemeanor charge of destruction of property.
