In my effort of cutting sugar out of my diet, this Sugar Free Sweet Potato “Pie” is taking care of the cravings!
I saw this recipe via Keto Snackzand had to try it!
I filled 2 ramekins halfway up for two servings here, but you can fill one up and have one all to yourself! 😁
1 small sweet potato (steamed or baked)
1 large egg
3 tbsp Truvia SF Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (I used Zero Sugar vanilla)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together thoroughly. Spray ramekins and fill with batter.
350° 25-30 minutes
I topped mine with sugar free whipped cream.
Out of this world IMO!! 😍😍
