Today's shot: Anyone know what in the world this thing does? Part of the AT&T building downtown Flint.

Taken this afternoon, the massive tower pictured here is centralized in downtown Flint, and stands in view from miles away. As a kid I remember wondering WHAT in the word it was.

New shot from today - BEAUTIFUL weather in Flint today!

I finally took the bike out today, felt great. This shot was taken this afternoon, riding through Pierce Golf Course – currenly being restored. It should be a playable green this year. Not sure if that's the right term - I'm not a golfer!

The Crim Festival of Races will be held on August 25, 2012. The race attracts approximately 50,000 people each year to Downtown Flint, Michigan.

Here's a shot of Flint's gorgeous near completed build for the Michigan School for the Deaf. According to the mlive article: "Its price tag would be the biggest of any one construction project in Flint in at least a decade."

Skyward shot of the catwalk located just across from Flint Southwestern High School. This monster was used to take you over Twelfth Street saely, however the stairs on each side have been bocked off by the city - I'm assuming it's been deemed unsafe.
