Last week, I had the privilege of joining Cindy Shetterly to present $2,500 to Nagel Middle School to bless the incredible teachers who pour into our kids every day. 💙

This one was extra special for me because Nagel is where my oldest, Bear, goes to school, so being able to give back to the staff that supports him and so many others truly touched my heart.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to invest in our schools and show appreciation for the teachers who make such a difference! 🍎✨

I hope Forest Hills Schools have a great first day with all students! Thank you for being amazing.

There are only 31 houses in the whole district on the market, ranging from $170k-$1.3Mil, and only 6 in the $400-$600k range. $400k-$600k is a prime range here in Anderson Township and I have clients who would love to buy your house. In all of Hamilton County, homes only last 16 days on the market so things are moving. If you're trying to time it for the end of the school year, let's chat and work out a timeline that fits you.
