Feels like the world is healing in a way.
For years, people have been delighting in the deaths of others from Ruth Bader Ginsburg to, more recently, the oddball Charlie Kirk. If you celebrate death, there’s something very wrong with you.
Life should be cherished, and celebrating the demise of a perceived rival is deeply strange. We’re all on this planet trying to discern reality and, hopefully, leave it a better place than it was when we arrived.
I personally believe our goal is to create a world without prejudice, loving each other as though we would ourselves, partners or immediate family. In reality, there is only one human consciousness that we all share. We like to delude ourselves into thinking we’re different from one another, but in truth, we’re all on the same journey of discovery.
Yes people mess up it happens and you may perceive something as offensive while others don't because none of us have the same lived experiences. You have to forgive people and learn that it's okay to be wrong, it's okay to be offended, sometimes people don't mean to hurt you.
