One step at a time, every rep and every calorie counts but make sure you’re getting enough REST as well! Can’t half ass the gym cause you’re tired or can’t even train when you’re injured.

One of the best things to happen to me in a while. Im am so grateful and thankful to have you in my life let alone go call you mine. I love everything about you, your very pretty blue eyes you could catch me staring into them all day long, and how infectious your smile is, how it brightens my whole day up. I love our late night deep talks and how if we ever get in an argument were able to resolve it in the same day.
