This burger is in loving memory of a former employee, Keith Haagensen, also known as the “Silent Assassin” in the kitchen. He was beloved in the kitchen and a great chef, and this burger carries on his legacy perfectly. It’s his favorite type of burger, a spicy burger, and it’s got plenty of spice!
