UPLIFT FAM! We’ve almost made it through the first full week of February! This month is special to me for a few reasons. In February, I get to celebrate my culture and its profound history, love and all the different capacities that we share it in, and my beautiful wife’s birthday! All three of these have brung an abundance of JOY to my life! ✊🏾❤️🎉

GOOD MORNING UPLIFT FAMILY AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 🎉💙🧡🎉💙🧡🎉

Wowwww, what a year 2024 was!!!! I know I’ve been MIA for a minute but it has been for a great cause!! I was afforded the privilege and great opportunity to seriously tap into my coaching in 2024! Unexpectedly, I found myself coaching a Highschool JV football team, a City league football team, and assisting with my son’s City little league football team! Although very tiring lol, 2024 was an astonishingly rewarding year of me getting back to my first love!! 💙🏈 🧡

Hello and Welcome to the Uplift Fam! My name is Fredrick Darnell Williams and I’m a Millennial on a mission to show that the world is in GOOD hands with our future generations!

Our Millennial and GenZ leaders, business owners/entrepreneurs, athletes, pastors, professionals, authors, and community leaders are all doing phenomenal work and it’s time to meet them. Join me as I go one on one with other Millennials and GenZers who are succeeding in various walks of life and are absolutely KILLIN’ it! We’re going to discuss their journey to success, obstacles they had to overcome and uncover timeless principles for our peers as we do our part to pay it forward to the next generation.
