✨ Had the sweetest little visitor today ✨

This baby has been watching his daddy get haircuts for months — getting used to the water, the chair, the sounds — so today he was finally ready for a light haircut!

Baby haircuts are a journey. My first goal is always acclimation: the space, the tools, and of course… my face 🤣

In the beginning, an appointment might look like:
💧 A light mist of water
✂️ Very soft, minimal cutting
✨ Lots of reassurance and curiosity time

I build trust slowly through positive reinforcement until, eventually, we can do full scissor work and even trimmers. This part can take a LONG time (sometimes years), and every baby is different — so don’t feel discouraged. Consistency is everything.

I always allow time and space for play, feeding, wiggles, and clean-up breaks. ❤️
All you have to do is send me a little heads-up so I can prepare the space to welcome your baby with care.
