Solicitation activities are not allowed on public property, public rights-of-way (roadside sales), or at any location with a
“No Soliciting” or “No Trespassing” sign displayed. If a resident verbally states that their solicitation is unwelcome, the solicitor must vacate the premises immediately.
A person conducting solicitation activities in Flower Mound must always carry a government-issued photo ID/driver’s license and have their solicitor badge visible.
