Novena Prayer to the Holy Spirit - Day Two
Come, Father of the poor,
Come, treasures which endure;
Come, Light of all that live.

Thou, of all consolers best,
Visiting the troubled breast,
Dost refreshing peace bestow.

Thou in toil art comfort sweet;
Pleasant coolness in the heat;
Solace in the midst of woe.

O most blessed Light divine,
Let Your radiance in us shine,
And our inmost being fill!

If You take Your grace away,
Nothing pure in man will stay;
All his good is turned to ill.

Heal our wounds, our strength renew;
On our dryness pour Your dew;
Wash the stains of guilt away.

Bend the stubborn heart and will;
Melt the frozen, warm the chill;
Guide the steps that go astray.

Give us virtues sure reward;
Give us Your salvation, Lord;
Give us joys that never end.

Amen.

On this second day, reflect on the gift of understanding. Pray for the Holy Spirit to enlighten your mind and heart, helping you to comprehend the mysteries of faith and to see the world through the lens of divine wisdom.

The Visitation of Mary is a profound moment that highlights the beauty of connection, humility, and service. When Mary visited her cousin Elizabeth, she brought with her not only the joy of companionship but also the grace of divine presence. This event reminds us of the importance of reaching out to others with love and compassion.

As we reflect on the Visitation, let us be inspired to open our hearts to those around us, offering kindness and understanding. May we find strength in community and learn to celebrate each other's blessings. Like Mary, may we carry hope and light wherever we go, uplifting others through our actions and words.
In moments of uncertainty or challenge, remember the Visitation as a testament to the transformative power of love and unity. Let it encourage you to seek meaningful connections and to be a source of comfort and inspiration to those you encounter on your journey.

Novena Prayer to the Holy Spirit - Day One

Holy Spirit, Lord of Light,
From Your clear celestial height,
Your pure beaming radiance give.

Come, Father of the poor,
Come, source of all our store,
Come, within our bosoms shine.

You, of comforters the best;
You, the soul’s most welcome guest;
Sweet refreshment here below.

In labor, rest most sweet;
Grateful coolness in the heat;
Solace in the midst of woe.

O most blessed Light divine,
Shine within these hearts of Thine,
And our inmost being fill!

Where You are not, we have naught,
Nothing good in deed or thought,
Nothing free from taint of ill.

Heal our wounds, our strength renew;
On our dryness pour Your dew;
Wash the stains of guilt away.

Bend the stubborn heart and will;
Melt the frozen, warm the chill;
Guide the steps that go astray.

Give us virtues sure reward;
Give us Your salvation, Lord;
Give us joys that never end.

Amen.

As you pray this novena, reflect on the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit, asking for His presence to guide and inspire you throughout the days ahead.

Saved by Grace and the power of the Holy Rosary!

This is the face of the girl who was
k!dnapped in Enugu State for r!tual purpose.... Her k!dnap exposed the culprits.

According to her; " She went to fetch firewood which they will use to fry Garry with her dad, when the culprit!s approached them and requested for cutlass..along the line, they blindfolded her, tied her legs and hands and proceeded for their usual activities. She screamed and people came to her aid."

There is an end to every wicked act!
Vanity upon vanity, all is vanity!

To God be the glory! Ave! Maria!

Lord, we humbly acknowledge our sins and seek Your pardon and mercy. In our plea, we ask not only for ourselves but for the whole world, that Your compassion may bring healing and peace to all.
May this request inspire us to live with greater empathy and kindness, reflecting Your love in our actions.
