On this Third Sunday of Advent—Shepherd Sunday—we rejoice in the joyful anticipation of Christ’s birth.
As Mary awaits the arrival of her child and Joseph stands faithfully by her side, we are inspired by their courage, trust, and unwavering hope.
Like the humble shepherds who watched over their flocks, let us open our hearts to the wonder and promise of this holy season.
May the light of joy guide us to share love, kindness, and hope with all we meet. 💃🌸

Happy Feast of Saint Lucy!🙏🌹
Today, we celebrate Saint Lucy, a courageous young woman whose unwavering faith continues to inspire millions. Born in Syracuse, Sicily, during a time when Christians faced persecution, Lucy devoted herself to God from an early age. She was known for her generosity, secretly bringing food and aid to those hiding from danger—often wearing a wreath of candles on her head to light her way and keep her hands free.

When her mother fell gravely ill, Lucy prayed at the tomb of Saint Agatha, and her mother was miraculously healed. In gratitude, Lucy gave away her wealth to help the poor, choosing a life of service over comfort. Her commitment to her beliefs led her to stand firm even when threatened, showing extraordinary courage and resilience.

Despite facing great adversity, Lucy’s spirit never dimmed. Legend says that even when persecutors tried to extinguish her light, she remained steadfast, becoming a symbol of hope and faith for all who followed. Her feast day reminds us that true strength comes from compassion, and that even one person’s light can brighten the darkest times.

May Saint Lucy’s example encourage us to be brave, generous, and kind. Let us carry her light forward, illuminating the world with acts of love and hope.

Wishing you a blessed and joyful Feast of Saint Lucy!

Happy Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe!🌹🙏
Our Lady of Guadalupe is the title given to the Virgin Mary, who appeared to an indigenous man named Juan Diego in December 1531 on the hill of Tepeyac, near Mexico City. She spoke to Juan Diego in his native language and asked him to have a church built in her honor. When the local bishop asked for a sign, Mary told Juan Diego to gather roses that miraculously bloomed in winter. When he presented them to the bishop, her image was found imprinted on his cloak (tilma). This miraculous image is still displayed today in the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Our Lady of Guadalupe is honored as the Patroness of Mexico, the Patroness of the Americas, and the Patroness of the Unborn. Her feast day is celebrated every year on December 12th. Millions of people visit her shrine each year, making it one of the most important Catholic pilgrimage sites in the world. She is a powerful symbol of hope, unity, and motherly love for people everywhere.

May her gentle love and powerful intercession fill our hearts with hope, strength, and unwavering faith. As we celebrate her miraculous presence, let us trust in her guidance and embrace the blessings she brings to our lives.

Our Lady of Guadalupe! Pray for us 🙏 🙌

This December, God invites you to do something simple but powerful: Light a candle.🕯️🙏
To light a candle is to choose hope when hope feels small.
To light a candle is to forgive, even when the wound is still tender.
To light a candle is to pray again, dream again, rise again.
To light a candle is to open your heart and allow Christ to shine where despair once lived.
