On Friday I got to represent the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation and visit the Irish Consulate to send off Fergus on his journey he walks across the United States.

Fergus suffered a spinal cord injury in 2018 and was told he had a a 5% chance of walking again. He made an amazing recovery and now he is raising money and awareness for SCIs as he walks 3,000 miles across the United States.

Fergus, it was a pleasure to meet you and best of luck!
