Folly offering some sloppy waist-high surf running 2.0-2.5 feet. Short 6-second period indicates choppy wind swell from the SSW (195°)wind was stronger earlier but has died down to 12 mph SW (220°) offshore, still adding to le chop.

More size today, Drifty 4 sho; current pulling you north up the beach. Rideable this morning for sure but it’ll be exercise rather than recreation.

Happy 4th of July!

Folly with smaller surf than the last few days around 1.0 feet. 8-second period from the ESE (118°) provides moderate energy. 9 mph S (190°) onshore adds some texture but the waves are clean. Sunny. Air temp 85°F, humidity 80%. Water is 83°F - boardshorts weather.
