It’s hard to believe August is wrapping up—kids are back to school and cooler mornings are reminding us that fall is on its way. 🍂

September also happens to be National Honey Month 🍯—a celebration that’s extra sweet to us! We didn’t always have a passion for raw honey, but shortly after our first strawberry season we were introduced to the beauty of beekeeping. Since then, caring for our bees (and enjoying their golden gift!) has become such an important part of Mayberry Farms.

This month, we’ll be sharing more about beekeeping, honey, and some of our favorite “sweet” recipes. ✨

I have a confession: I’m a huge nerd.

And not in the cutesy, “teehee I like numbers and know my Hogwarts house” kind of way. I mean full-on, creative-strategic-hyperfixation nerd.

I’m a mom of two, an artist, a lover of adventure. I hike, I scuba dive, I bake sourdough from a starter that’s basically part of the family.

AND I’m also someone who games, reads and watches science fiction for fun, and happily goes down rabbit holes about black holes.

I built my first website at 12.
I’ve been gaming since before most families even had a home computer (my dad is also a nerd, so it tracks).
I studied electrical engineering in college.
And I know more about quantum physics and general relativity than will ever be useful to me.

At Sparkchaser Studio, I turn all that curiosity, technical know-how, and creative vision toward helping small businesses show up confidently online with branding, websites, and SEO that turns browsers into buyers.
