Lakes Area TV is mourning one of our own. Dianne Halfen has been a member of our commission for 10 years. She retired in January to spend time with her family. She was our number guru. Our budget Queen. One of the kindest, most giving person I have ever known. The world lost an amazing soul today. Dianne, thank you for believing in us, supporting us and making me better. You will be so very missed.
