Robby is a friend who grew up in Fort Bragg, CA. After high school he moved to Sacramento and attended UTI. After his time in Sacramento, he moved to Sonoma county and began training to become a fighter. He currently trains out of PHAS3 in Santa Rosa, CA. He competes in Muay Thai, Kickoboxing, and MMA and is the IKF CA Muay Thai champion at 159 lbs and National Point Kickboxing Champion at 170lbs. In this episode, he talks about how he began fighting, the realities of pursuing a career in fighting, training in Thailand and more!

Luis is a friend who grew up in Ceres, CA. After high school, he studied and played soccer at Modesto JC then transferred to Cal State San Bernardino where he majored in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. After CSUSB, he attended Cal State Stanislaus to finish his Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. He also works as a personal trainer and built his gym and business during the pandemic. In this episode, he talks about his passion for personal training, nursing, future plans for Pinnacle Athletics, and more!
