Believe it or not, this post could also have been 30 slides…

Because every time I see “best posting times” or “this one hack will fix your growth forever,” I feel like we’ve officially lost the plot.

Here’s the thing: not all advice is bad.

But when it’s stripped of context, turned into a one-size-fits-all “rule,” and blasted across your feed like gospel, it doesn’t help…it makes you spiral and keeps you stuck.

You don’t need more rules. You don’t need superstition dressed up as strategy.

What you do need? A way of showing up that feels good, fits into your actual life, and actually connects with your people. Everything else? Noise.

The internet doesn’t need more “just post at 9am and manifest” energy.

It needs honesty, clarity, and strategy that feels like it’s made for you.

This month felt like a big one. It was packed with aligned opportunities, travel, and so many pinch-me moments!!!

And I swear I was gone more than I was home!?

And honestly? There were so many times I stopped and thought about where I was a year ago; fresh into my break, confused, miserable, and unsure what was next. Fast forward to now, and I can’t help but look around and think, OMG, look how much has changed.

☼ Tried Something New & Survived: officially locking in my NFL team—the Detroit Lions (fun fact: I was born in MI and my whole extended family still lives there!)

☼ Experiment of the Month: coffee???

☼ Fave Outing: the What We Said live show

If you’ve been around here for a while, you know how much I believe in the phrase, “Taking care of you is taking care of your business” – and that’s exactly what I’m doing.

This year has been full of challenges and significant (yet behind-the-scenes) decisions in my business, leaving me feeling burnt out, confused, and unsure of the next steps.

Instagram is an incredible tool, but I need to step back to figure out how it fits best into my life and business going forward.

This decision wasn’t easy, and I’ve been intentionally avoiding it because I’m going to miss you all so much! This will be the longest I’ve ever been away from IG.
