Enliven Therapeutics, a rising star among Boulder's publicly traded life-sciences companies has moved its headquarters out of the city and to the Bay Area of California. The move appears to be driven by Rick Fair, who took over as CEO in December. Fair's LinkedIn profile lists his location as Burlingame, California, Enliven's new HQ city.

Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser has filed an administrative lawsuit against Greeley Demands Better and its associated nonprofit political group We Are Greeley, opponents of the proposed Catalyst entertainment district and its surrounding Cascadia mixed-use development. The Weld County Charter states that expenditures above a certain threshold โ€” currently $177 million โ€” must be approved by voters. That would seem to require the county's planned $334M justice center to go to a vote. But the county attorney told elected officials Thursday that the county is required to provide adequate court facilities, meaning that the charter provision wouldn't apply. See the story below.
