“Jack’s Box” is a wonderfully moving war drama playing this weekend at Bas Bleu Theatre as part of FoCo Fringe. It is an original One Act Play written and directed by Kaleb Hacker (one of Debut’s teachers) and featuring Cameron Chorpenning (Debut teacher, Office Manager and former student) as well as dear fellow theatre friends Judith Allen and Jeffrey Bigger. We are excited to offer this unique opportunity to work with professional fight director, actor, and theatre instructor, Ambrose Ferber. Our Stage Two Monday troupe performed last night at Bas Bleu Theatre with a tale of a missing fairy tale character and a detective determined to solve the case. Congratulations to the troupe and Director Cassie Freedman.

Debut Theatre’s First Stage Monday troupe performed “Quack, Quack, Stick to My Back” at our Black Box Theatre. The story followed a magic goose on his journey across Italy to make the princess laugh and win her hand and the kingdom! Bravo to the cast and Director Cameron Chorpenning.

Debut Theatre’s First Stage Tuesday troupe performed last night in our Black Box Theatre for a packed house! In their production the big bad wolf was on trial and had a chance to tell her side of the story. Congratulations to Director Cameron Chorpenning and the entire cast.
