We’re excited to officially introduce 2521 Investments — a Fort Dodge–based investment company on a mission to reshape our community through strategic real estate redevelopment.

As part of this mission, we’ve launched The 2521 FD Community Fund, a 506(c) investment fund open to accredited investors. This fund allows qualified investors to own a share of Fort Dodge’s most promising real estate projects, without the responsibilities of property management or day-to-day operations.
Projects like The Carver Building and The Candies & More Building on Central Avenue mark just the beginning of something bigger, a movement to bring life, energy, and opportunity back to the heart of our city.
While this initial fund is limited to accredited investors (as defined by the SEC*), 2521 Investments LLC is actively exploring additional investment opportunities designed to be accessible to all investors in the near future.
Because this is about more than buildings, it’s about believing in Fort Dodge and investing in its future.
