Turned off my social media life for time. Been bad few months still sleeping is not the easiest. Rather sleep on my old man chair in living room. Plans i made for my future was interrupted and made my world upside down. Finding where I was 3 years ago to just forget things and get back to me. I give up trying to be open to people and life. I'll just do me for my in home life now. Not trying anymore for more for myself. My life is not for others. Just move it on and figure it out and navigate as my own captain.
