We believe that a record label should provide more than just distribution and representation, because we understand that the music industry is a complex and multifaceted organism that is const

antly evolving. As a result, this requires us to stay informed about the business & marketing end of things, which can feel overwhelming as an independent artist. However, we at USG understand that there is power in numbers, and we strive to provide our artists with insight by including them in a network of producers, sound engineers, graphic designers, web designers, bookers, etc. Power in numbers also means power to negotiate, which we believe is crucial in today's world, where musicians are being shafted left and right.
