God assigns different roles to each of us, but He gives us all the responsibility of stewardship.

Some of us are called to innovate as entrepreneurs, creating opportunities and solutions. Others are called to build wealth systems that preserve and multiply resources. Still others are called to finance visions, ministries, and movements that impact communities.

The call may look different, but the responsibility is the same. Steward what you are given, multiply it faithfully, and direct it toward God’s Kingdom. When you understand your purpose in God, money stops being a weight you carry and becomes a resource in your hands. It becomes something you can direct, assign, and use as a tool to fulfill your calling.

That is when wealth takes on its truest form, not as a measure of status, but as a testimony of stewardship.

So I guess my question is, how are you stewarding?

If there’s one thing I’ve learned on this journey, it’s this: mindset changes everything. That’s why the M in my Kingdom Wealth Framework stands for Mindset, because before anything else, you have to think differently to live differently.

For me, that meant refusing to settle for lack. I grew up surrounded by instability, and I made up my mind early that I would not let my environment dictate my future. I remember moments where it would’ve been easy to shrink my dreams down to fit what I saw around me, but something in me kept rejecting the idea that I was created to barely get by.

The shift came when I truly embraced that I was created to prosper, in money, in purpose, in health, in peace, but most importantly in the call of God on my life. That revelation changed how I showed up, how I trusted God, and how I moved. It made me want more, succeed more, and release the trauma and old mindsets that tried to tell me “this is all there is.”

Shifting into an abundance mindset wasn’t about being greedy, it helped me truly believe God at His word. And when I did that, I didn’t just think more, I faithed more.

I’ve always believed our strange relationship with money didn’t start with us. Somewhere along the way we were passed down fear, silence, and even trauma around money. That’s why so many of us wrestle with thoughts like: “Am I worthy of wealth?” “What if success ruins me?” “What if I fail?”

Your money will never go where your mind has not gone first. 💡 Wealth begins in your thoughts. Before abundance shows up in your account, it has to show up in your belief system.

So I have to ask you…

In the Bible, we’re reminded: “By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established.” (Proverbs 24:3) That same principle applies to business. Prayer gives us vision. But stewardship sustains it. And in today’s marketplace, stewardship looks like clear books, smart tax strategy, and systems that protect profit.

Too many entrepreneurs are praying for abundance while mismanaging what they already have. They don’t know where their money is going. They overspend without realizing it. They wait until tax season to “figure it out.” A breeding ground for chaos... not one thought about stewarship!

When Jesus fed the 5,000, the disciples collected the leftovers. Nothing was wasted. Here we shown multiplication. Here we had stewardship. Here we saw clarity. And that’s exactly what we’re called to do with the resources entrusted to us.

Profit is not just a number, it’s evidence of stewardship. And when you manage it well, you position yourself for increase, expansion, and legacy. As a CPA and strategist, I created the Profit Playbook to help business owners steward their finances with wisdom, so their purpose can thrive. Because the truth is simple: Faith fuels vision. Profit funds it. Stewardship sustains it.

One of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn is this: when God delivers you from something, don’t go back to it.
It’s so tempting. Sometimes familiarity feels safer than faith. Sometimes the old way feels more comfortable than the unknown of where God is taking you. But truthfully we all know, going back is not an option when God has already brought you out.
Think about Israel, delivered from Egypt but tempted to return every time the wilderness got hard. But Egypt was bo***ge, and God never calls us back to bo***ge. He calls us forward to freedom. That’s always been our gift, freedom!
So maybe you’ve been feeling the pull to go back, back to old habits, old relationships, old environments, or even an old version of yourself that no longer fits where God is taking you. Hear me: God didn’t deliver you just to have you settle back into chains. He delivered you to step into promise so that you too can help others get to their freedom!
Don’t let frustration with your current season make you long for what God already freed you from. What’s ahead of you is greater than what’s behind you. Trust His process, trust His timing, and keep moving forward.
For me, anytime life getsto crazy I remind myself... “God has good plans for me, plans to prosper and not to harm me.” Through the tears, doubt and fear I repeat this to myself. The season may look bleak but I know it only can get better! LIFE HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO GET BETTER!
Because He’s the type of God that gives you better and better, back is no longer an option. 🙌🏽 Remember God loves you and so do I! 😍
