Ya gotta eat to right! So in the mood for a fav piccata so easy and quick if you don't make it a production ! Kids brought me home from Japan a beautiful chef knife. Everything cut so perfectly ( of course it takes some expertise but just WOW! Sometimes in between baking I want to cook! Today it's chicken piccata ....mushroom, shallots, lemon, capers and the magic touch atop light angel hair pasta!

Piccata a favortite in my family hopefully will appear someday in my cookbook! Promise Trey it will.. someday! 🥰
