When Shelby and I first started working together, the drive was already there.

This girl WORKED. Night shifts, mom life, part-time injecting- all while trying to build her injection business to the point where she could walk away from the permanent hospital position she held for almost 6 years and do something she was truly passionate about.

She wanted to build something of her own- but there were parts of the business that she was still trying to figure out.

Client acquisition. Margins. Promotions. How to actually grow profitably. ALL the things that a lot of solo injectors and skin clinic owners struggle with.

Opening the dream clinic is one thing. Growing into it is another.

Most clinics think running ads themselves saves money. But while you’re trying to save on management fees, you’re overspending in ads and limiting how much you can actually get out of them.

Because successful ads aren’t just about “posting an ad.” It comes down to your offer, targeting, optimization, scripts for lead nurturing, and the systems on the backend.

When Cheska reached out, the goal was to fill her second nurse injector’s calendar. They already had an established clientele, but she recognized that word of mouth and referrals can only take you so far.

EVERYONE wants more clients… 😮‍💨

But when demand goes up, everything goes up:
→ bookings
→ product usage
→ pressure on your systems

I’ve seen clinics overinvest early and run low on cash.

I’ve seen others get busy overnight because of ads- and suddenly, stock is low and they can’t keep up.

You have to assume:
If one number increases, all numbers increase.

Look at your promotions for the week-
do you actually have the supply to support them?

Because bringing in clients is only half the equation.
If you can’t service them, you’re leaving money on the table.

Growth isn’t just about demand- it’s about being ready for it.

No one prepares you for THIS part of becoming a clinic owner.

You learn how to inject… but NO ONE teaches you how to run a business. Michelle hits the point in this clip of how becoming an entrepreneur goes beyond your initial expectations.

It’s why having the right back-end partners from supply and growth standpoint is so critical.

And before we even think about growth, we make sure the foundation is right:
→ how much are you paying for product & consumables
→ does your MD structure support growth
→ what are your profit margins
→ how are we driving demand
→ how are you converting inquiries into bookings (and upselling)

Because growth doesn’t fix problems- it exposes them.

And if your foundation isn’t solid, getting busy just makes things harder.
