This week, we saw a drop in inventory, which was more related to listings expiring or coming off the market rather than being sold. You’ll see in the data that there were quite a few new listings, which are likely some of those being relisted, and we’ll probably see some of that again next week.

The total inventory levels remained unchanged last week. What we learned in 2025 is that it took longer to sell a home, whether it was a single-family home or a condo, and we did see some pullback on pricing. In 2026, the expectation is that there will be more sales as interest rates are expected to come down, perhaps below 6%. Stay tuned to see what happens. Happy New Year!
