✈️ Travel Update You’ll Appreciate:

American Airlines is expanding its AI-powered Connect Assist technology to help travelers with tight connections. This smart system flags at-risk itineraries and helps airline teams decide when it makes sense to hold a departing flight for a few extra minutes, without disrupting the overall schedule, upgraded seat maps, and a more user-friendly mobile app.
The tool, developed in-house, launched in 2025 at DFW and CLT and is now available at six major American hubs, including Chicago, Miami, Philadelphia, and Phoenix, with more airports planned through 2026. This is part of American’s bigger tech push to make travel smoother, alongside faster check-in kiosks

✨ My take: If you’ve ever run through an airport hoping the plane would wait, this is good news 😅. While nothing’s guaranteed, I love seeing airlines use tech to make travel a little less stressful.
