I used to run everything by everyone. Seriously… I’d call friends, ask opinions, wait for reassurance, and then make my decision based on what everyone else thought. I thought I was being smart.
But I realized something… I wasn’t trusting myself.
Somewhere along the way, I got disconnected from my own voice and started believing everyone else knew better than I did.
Learning to trust yourself again isn’t loud. It starts small. Listening to your gut. Honoring what you feel. Choosing you without needing permission.
If you’re not using your own voice right now, maybe this is your reminder to start.
