Hey friends! Here’s what our next two weeks are looking like as we head into HYROX Dallas this weekend (AHHH!! 🤩🔥) and then we roll right into Thanksgiving next week!

For Thanksgiving week, we’ll most likely just be running classes Tuesday + Wednesday, with a possibility of Friday and/or Saturday depending on everyone’s travel plans. We’ll keep you all posted!

We’ve got a slightly different schedule, so make sure to check the image and read below so you don’t miss anything 👇👇

💥HYROX may still be ahead of us…but this crazy crew is already plotting the next challenge! 😅

Once we cross that HYROX finish line, who even are we without something to train for?! 🤪

Meet DEKA — the next evolution of functional fitness from the creators of Spartan. Think of it as HYROX’s cousin: 10 functional fitness zones + 500 meters of running between each. It’s all about testing your overall fitness, grit, and endurance — and yes, it’s just as spicy 🔥

We’ll be training for DEKA Denver, and we’ve got until May 30th to get ready! Plenty of time to build strength, stamina, and speed — and we want MORE of you to join us on this next adventure. 💪
