🦪 Oysters on the half shell that might be some of the best I’ve ever had
🥑 Avocado bruschetta and a crispy Tuscan egg to start
🍝 Eggs Bistecca and Radiatore Carbonara with crispy guanciale and pecorino romano for the main
🍸 Finished with an espresso martini because obviously
Chef Michael Mina’s Italian-inspired brunch at Saltleaf on Estero Bay is absolutely the move. Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3pm. Save this one
