If you’ve been following my journey — the leap of faith, starting over with nothing but trust and my husband by my side, rebuilding a life that actually feels like mine ,this store is the next chapter of that story. 🏡🌺

Aligned Beginnings is where I’m bringing everything I’ve learned through faith, healing, and rediscovery straight to you workbooks, journals, courses and tools made for anyone standing at the edge of their own new season.

This isn’t about hustle or “10 steps to your best life.” It’s about slowing down long enough to hear what your spirit’s been whispering, and building something real from there. 💛

🌺🤙🏽🌈🥳 Welp it’s my Birthday 🎂✨
I made it to 52.

And honestly… wow is all I can say.

Year 51 taught me more than some whole decades. It taught me that life can change in a minute. Since December I’ve received diagnoses that shifted how I see everything. And just this past Tuesday, I woke up blind in one eye… only for a minute, but still terrifying.

That was the moment I realized something real:

The Erika at 20, 30, and 40 was one version of me…
but 50+ Erika is a whole new woman living in a body that’s talking back now 😅

And my body basically said:
“I’m still carrying you… but in this era, I need more of you. More rest. More peace. More care.”

So at 52, I’m choosing to be:
💛 the freest
😄 the happiest
🌊 the most carefree and chill version of myself

Because I plan on this body lasting me another 45 years, and we’re going to do it in peace, not stress.

This year I will:
✈️ Travel to Fiji and French Polynesia with Brian
👩‍👧‍👦 Love harder on my children and grandchildren
📸 Create memories that outlive me
🌺 Laugh louder and notice the beauty in everything

And most of all…
I’m letting God be God and staying an available vessel, so He can keep using me all over this world.

So thank you to everyone who sent birthday love, prayers, and messages. I feel it all and I’m grateful for every single one of you.

🌺🫶🏼😌 Happy Monday Beautiful Folks!! This morning Brian found a new park for us to do our walks.. It was so beautiful and we could see our Highrise where we live from the park!!! And check out those steps.. Those are the steps the divers and surfers use. Beautiful indeed and relaxing!! Plus we got our steps in !🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏽🌺🌺🤙🏽🤙🏽🌈🌈

🌺💪🏾Happy Day 2 of 2026 My Friends!! Let’s talk about Gratitude

✨ Gratitude Overflowing ✨

Yesterday my heart was so full. We welcomed the New Year surrounded by family right by a beautiful lagoon 🌊💙

Some of us were snorkeling 🤿, some swimming 🏊🏽‍♀️, some sitting on the grass soaking in the view 🌿, while others bonded over building sandcastles 🏰. It was one of those moments that gently reminds you what truly matters.

We’re not meant to do life alone. Connection, laughter, presence that’s medicine for the soul. Watching the pure joy on my grandson Lucas’ face as he played in the sand and lagoon. I loved watching Aella navigating the new Salty Waters .. watching her decide if she likes it or not. It filled my heart in a way words canbarely explain 🥹✨

Always carve out time for meaningful connections. It’s not just good for the heart it’s powerful for your mental health too.

Yep… the holiday season is officially amongst us. 🎄💫 For some, this time of year brings joy and excitement. For others, it brings emotional heaviness. And for many, it just feels like another day.

No matter where you find yourself on the spectrum this year, allow yourself to feel so you can heal. 💛
Give yourself grace. Don’t overdo it trying to appease or impress.

Parents your children will still love you after Christmas even if you can’t give them the gifts you want.❤️
It’s okay if your tree isn’t picture-perfect…
Heck, it’s okay if you don’t have a tree at all.

Reach out to someone who might need to hear a kind voice today. 📞
This year has been a whirlwind, and your spirit deserves a moment to catch its breath.

So this season, don’t stress it.
Take it one day at a time, step by step, bit by bit. ✨
No rushing.
Just be present, be gentle with yourself, and breathe. 🌬️

Give yourself grace first, and then extend it to others.
