Fear has a way of making us focus inward. Protect yourself. Stay safe. Keep your distance.

But one of the most powerful lessons from this conversation with Krystal Stewart is this:

“Love looks around.”

Even while recovering from cancer surgery and walking through uncertainty, God filled Krystal and her husband with courage over comfort when two little boys in need were placed in their care.

Sometimes courage doesn’t look loud or dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like paying attention to the needs closest to you.

Who around you needs encouragement?
Who needs support?
Who needs someone willing to simply show up?

Jesus never promised a trouble-free life. But He did promise peace and courage in the middle of it.

Fear shrinks our world.
Love expands it.
