Client Highlight: Nyomi's Puddin'

When Nya reached out, she already had a strong website foundation in place. Our goal wasn't a complete redesign, it was about refining the user experience and creating a more strategic website structure.

For this project, we:
• Reorganized and streamlined existing pages for improved navigation
• Enhanced overall website flow and user experience
• Added new pages to support business growth and community initiatives
• Implemented custom forms to capture valuable customer and partnership inquiries
• Updated content and page layouts for a cleaner, more cohesive presentation

Sometimes the most impactful website projects aren't starting from scratch, they're about building on what's already working and creating a better experience for both the business and its audience.

I was introduced to Nya, owner of Nyomi’s Puddin’, through the HCC Small Business Center, and from our very first conversation, her energy and passion were contagious. Her commitment to her business, her customers, and the community she serves was immediately evident.

It was an absolute pleasure learning more about her entrepreneurial journey and the impact she's making throughout Eastern North Carolina. I even had the opportunity to try Nyomi's Puddin' in person after picking some up at Smith's Red & White, and let me just say, the product is delicate, rich, and absolutely delicious.

What started as a conversation about business quickly became a collaboration built on a shared appreciation for community, hard work, and the creation of something meaningful. Working with Nya on her website has been incredibly rewarding.

Nyomi's Puddin' is more than a dessert company; it's a small business success story rooted in resilience, purpose, and giving back. And that's the kind of story that inspires me.
