A neighbor and local told me that this house caught fire due to homeless drug addicts cooking m**h in back of the home! He mentioned that he had authorities remove the homeless individuals without force and planned to maintain the property for the community but..There was one problem that stopped him from returning! The home was infested with bees and no one wanted to approach the property to cut it! So I took the time out to cut it for FREE! Aramis Ponder This home is located in Vero Beach,Florida

This Home was abandoned by the homeowner and deemed very dangerous by a city inspector. Leaving the home to rot and be used by wreckless homless locals. The home is being sold for cheap here in Fort Pierce,Florida and so far is being passed around from home owner to home owner! Seems like no one is willing to take on the tideous project whether that be renovations or clearing the property to rebuild on the land!
