Do you have any canned goods or non-perishables in your pantry that you can part ways with?
Hometown News is holding a food drive for Mustard Seed ministries to help local families in need.
There are many families with children in our communities who could benefit from your simple act of kindness. One can of tuna you donate can be the difference between a hungry belly or tuna sandwiches for dinner.
We are collecting non-perishable food items and will deliver it directly to Mustard Seed Ministries at 3130 S. U.S. 1 in Fort Pierce.
Drop off donations during normal business hours; Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Items can be canned vegetables, soups, pasta and rice, peanut butter, canned meats and tuna, cereal, etc.
Lets come together to support our neighbors. Every can counts.
For more information feel free to contact Hometown News at (772) 467-5656. Drop off donations at 5059 Turnpike Feeder Rd., Fort Pierce, FL 34951.
