This thyme, rosemary, and raw honey infusion is a time-tested way to ease coughs, colds, sore throats, and congestion. It’s a simple, natural blend that supports your respiratory system and helps soothe irritation. 🍯🌿

✨ Why I love it:
🌿 Thyme – helps calm coughs and loosen mucus
🌱 Rosemary – supports easier breathing and respiratory comfort
🍯 Raw honey – coats and soothes the throat naturally

Recipe:
• ½ cup fresh thyme sprigs (washed and fully dried)
• ½ cup fresh rosemary sprigs (washed and fully dried)
• 1 cup raw honey
• 1 clean, dry glass jar with a lid

Instructions:
1️⃣ Place the thyme & rosemary in the jar
2️⃣ Pour raw honey over the herbs until completely covered
3️⃣ Seal the jar and let it infuse in a cool, dark place for 2–4 weeks
4️⃣ Optional: strain herbs or leave them in for a stronger flavor

I’m so excited to be part of the 32nd Annual Northport Craft Fair this weekend- the largest craft fair on Long Island! I’ll be one of over 200 amazing vendors bringing handcrafted soaps, bath and body essentials, soy candles, pantry staples, dog treats, and a few exclusive items made just for the fair that aren’t available on the website.
