Santa's not the only one making lists and checking them twice. So far this year, our operations team has completed 177 system patrol service orders. That's 177 ways we've worked to prevent outages and keep your lights on when you need them most.

If you see something on our lines that might cause an issue, whether it's a broken crossarm or an overgrown tree, don't hesitate to reach out and let us know. Monitoring and maintaining 3,800 miles of power lines is a team effort!

Fort Scott High School will be sponsoring a Teddy Bear Toss Friday night at the home basketball games vs. Chanute. Fans are encouraged to bring a brand new teddy bear or other stuffed animal, or plush toys to throw onto the court at halftime of the varsity boys game. All stuffed animals collected will be donated and distributed to children in our community for Christmas. If you cannot make the game but want to donate, you can drop off teddy bears or stuffed animals at the FSHS office before 3 pm on Friday. Please join the Tigers in helping spread some holiday cheer!!!

FSHS Tiger Basketball, coming off two wins at Iola last night, are back in action tonight at Parsons. 4:30 start in both gyms. In Main Gym it will be JV Girls at 4:30, Varsity Girls at 6:00, and Varsity Boys at 7:30. In the Aux Gym JV Boys at 4:30, C Boys at 5:45, and C Girls at 7:15 (2 quarters).
