The biggest problem this company faced was appearing legit to its potential customers.

When I first started working with them they had basically no digital media strategy in place. They had previously spent almost $5000 paying an ad agency to run facebook ads for them, and didn't get a single customer out of it. They had no videos, a poor generic looking website, and only a few images shot on cell phones which looked like they were 10 years old.

Sales reps on the doors had success, but lost out on a lot of sales because customers would see their generic looking marketing materials which just weren't convincing enough. All they had was a small boring looking flyer with no images.

The first thing I did was take high quality images on my Sony A7iii of all the employees smiling, and around the shop. Now they look like they could be in a magazine! I used these images to redesign a highly visual flyer that gets peoples attention.

Once the company started using the new flyers and this video, they achieved the highest year of sales in 10 years!

Is that because of the video and the images? It's impossible to say, but dozens of customers remarked on how Universal seemed "way more legit than other companies going around our neighborhood".
