Wow, I feel terrible. I (Talon Bazille) just would like to apologize to everyone for not posting on this page as frequently as we once were. There HAS been work going on with the studio, mostly behind closed doors. We are continuing to mix/master for other artists (please check out the still active music coming from Bobby J, Devincii, and music still coming soon from Jay GreyOwl, Ciye General TH, Elton Two Hawks, and more on youtube and on our soundcloud), but now most of the work has gone into donations/access with COVID in mind.
I didn't want to make this public, but I want to assure the people efforts are still being made. Since COVID hit we've issued out 2 high quality portable recording devices for traditional singers, 4 USB microphones with adjustable stands and storage devices, some sets of studio headphones, and a small keyboard. Some software has been given out, along with video lessons on how to use it (message for inquiries if interested). The only hiccup in this process has been that I ordered 3 laptops for artists that came in defective, setting me back 700 or so and causing delay in services.
As of now, we're still trying to resource and issue out a replacement computer/laptop for a young artist who had his stuff stolen (along with mic, etc.), along with a guitar (once repaired), along with another portable recorder for an acoustic singer.
I want to also just make it clear, right now due to COVID and potential variants, we are NOT taking any risks that we can't take responsibly. I myself am on hold until I can ensure that I don't bring my mother in danger, but otherwise do not want to risk causing larger spread in the communities I serve. Still, if you are an artist who needs some assistance (advice, beats, production, mixing/mastering, posting, etc.) feel free to reach out to me.
I want to thank everyone for their help and support at this time. We are not looking for any more resources/funds, making this more of a passion-project, now, as it began that way. I hope to still help out in ways and hope I haven't lost the trust or confidence in those I try to be there for.
