⛈️ NO B-TEAM THIS MORNING

Yesterday’s storms did a little more than rattle the windows.

The station is currently off the air due to storm-related issues at the tower site. Crews have been working on it since yesterday evening, but unfortunately that means no B-Team Morning Show this morning.

We’ll be back aggravating the Emerald Coast just as soon as they give us electricity again.

Stay tuned — just, you know… not to the radio right now. 📻⚡

Hey friends!

I cruised over to the City of Ft. Walton Beach Heritage Park ,& Cultural Center and took a look around.

I focused on the Indian Temple Mound Museum after learning about the site online. The museum is full of interesting and informative displays that describe those that lived here before there were nations and flags.

It's a great place to get out of the heat and learn about the area's past, and our past as well.

Also on the park site are the Garnier Post Office Museum, the Camp Walton Schoolhouse Museum, and the Civil War exhibit building. Since it's close to shops and restaurants, you could easily make a day out of it!

The museum and historic buildings are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 3pm. The park is closed Sunday and Monday.

Museum admission is just $5 for adults, $4.50 for seniors (55+) and military, and $3 for kids aged 4-17. Kids under 4 are free.

🚨 I-10 crash this morning. See below for details from OCSO.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY- Please be aware ⚠️⚠️⚠️

The FHP is investigating a Traffic Crash at the 62 Mile Marker, on eastbound Interstate 10
involving two semis. All eastbound traffic is blocked and being diverted to Highway 85 at exit 56. We are sending prayers for anyone injured in the crash. 🙏
