🎶 Exciting News! 🎶

I am incredibly honored and thrilled to share that I have been officially inducted as a Music Executive member into The Recording Academy class of 2024! This prestigious recognition is a step in the right direction do to the hard work, dedication, and passion that I have poured into my music industry journey.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported my company, believed in me, and inspired me every step of the way. Your support means the world to me! I hope to be able to give back by helping others within the industry.

I am looking forward to contributing to this amazing community of talented professionals and continuing to build an impactful music business. Stay tuned for more exciting projects and developments ahead from Zobe Records and ZobeLab!

What started as a child playing instruments to performing with the choir in high school to performing with bands around the region to the beginnings of helping talents with Zobe Models & Talents Agency and then building and creating Zobe Records to start making progress in the music industry nationally with our music topping Billboard Charts and going internationally on radio charts and winning multiple awards… now to the future direction of where I’m trying to take the industry and make a significant impact and contribution to the industry with ZobeLab… it has been quite the journey…

Excited for the rest of the journey ahead.

Zobe Fashions has been doing a lot and has been on television, in magazines, in film, in music videos, on many runways, throughout many college campuses, in many nightclubs and more. Zobe has participated in the Prince George's Classics, Funk Master Flex Celebrity Car/Bike Show, NY Fashion Week, DC Fashion Week, NY Urban Fashion Week, was selected as a candidate for International Designer of the Year by a national/international magazine publication, and co-produced Urban Fashion Week Worldwide (DC) and co-production of America's Fashion Week. Zobe has formed a partnership with the Essence Pageant, judged a number of other pageants as well, and has even judged within the national pageant system. We also began the production for Zobe TV Network and began broadcasting Zobe TV Network online. So far we have expanded Zobe TV Network to hundreds of thousands of viewers from all over the world and soon to be millions internationally with a growing production crew and staff. We are currently in production for the official print release of Zobe Magazine coming next year to newsstands nationally while already released online.

Zobe Records is an independent record label created to be a one-stop-shop for the music industry offering great opportunities for the best music talents with a growing roster of music artists, producers, engineers, and DJs. Zobe is also in the process of forming a number of partnerships with music studios and producers around the nation and internationally. Zobe has formed a partnership with a major label distributor to handle digital and physical music releases. Zobe staff has a vast amount of experience, education, and training to provide the support needed to take a talent to the next level as being well connected to many music industry executives, major label A&Rs, and media outlets which will lead the label to much success in the future along with the growing talent roster open to every genre of music.

Zobe Distribution also provides indie-major worldwide distribution for singles, EPs, and albums as a business platform service. These services include not only music servicing but also music video servicing, radio servicing, and more. Zobe Distribution via Zobe Music Group (ZMG) can even provide sub-label/imprint opportunities to the best independent labels, management companies, production companies, and music studios who would like to partner with us to take their organization to the next level and obtain music publishing, distribution, and the marketing assistance that they need. This gives an opportunity to have more of a control of and concentrate more on the artistic creative development, however, this opportunity is only available to those organizations who are truly prepared and have budgets for their sub-label/imprint.

Zobe Record's CEO/Owner (Alonzo Black) was inducted as a member of The Recording Academy (Grammys) and enhanced Zobe Records by obtaining a Universal Music Group New Digital Media Agreement, a YouTube Licensing Agreement, a Google Play Licensing Agreement, a Warner Music Inc New Digital Media Agreement, a Sony Music Entertainment New Digital Media Agreement, and even secured a contract with mega music corporation Viacom/MTV to assist with artist development, music licensing, live performance opportunities, and video broadcasting. Zobe Records is a member of ASCAP with its own publishing company "Alonzo Black Publishing". Zobe Records has partnered with Monahrk Entertainment Firm, a production and music placement company bringing to Zobe a team of Grammy Winning/Nominated and #1 albums/singles charted producers and songwriters who have obtained numerous placements (sync and master licenses) with major recording artists, corporate commercial clients, and films. Some of those expert producers/writers include: Rich Sheldon, C***k Santana, Jerry Franklin, and Rico Anderson.
