The piglets are getting so big!!! They can go to their new homes 1 week from tomorrow!! They are all full of personalities and most are finally letting us pet them without high tailing it out of there!! 🐷🐷

I just wanted to take a minute to thank everybody. This is our first official year and although it's definitely been a learning curve, we've made some very loyal new customers on top of the amazing friends we've already had. We expanded faster than we ever anticipated. But we wouldn't trade it for the world! We may not have everything in life completely figured out, but if we can keep our ducks in a row, even this straight... We will be ok! 😍

The piglets are big enough we can officially put them up for new homes!! They won't be able to leave until they are 8 weeks old on September 15!

I cannot promise what these guys will turn out to be. Mom is a Duroc about 400lbs and dad is a Juliana about 70lbs! They all seem to be taking after the larger genes they were given!! We have 5 males and 9 females available!! Message us for more details! 🥰🐷

It's processing day #2!!! Perfect chance to get your fresh whole chickens!! Message us today for delivery tomorrow!

🖤 Not all days are happy days on the farm. 🖤

Today, we lost Cable. One of our roosters. Our protector. Our alarm system. And the brave boy who stood between his flock and a hawk.

Cable did exactly what a good rooster does. He watched over his girls, sounded the alarm, and when danger came, he stood his ground. He protected his flock until the very end. 🐓🖤

Farm life is beautiful. It’s baby animals, fresh eggs, muddy boots, and watching our animals thrive. But it also comes with hard days and heartbreaking losses. Today was one of those days.

Rest easy, Cable. You were more than just a rooster. You were a protector, and your flock was lucky to have you. Fly high, good boy. 🐓🪽

Peake Pastures won’t forget you. 🌱🖤
