For the past three weeks, I haven’t been feeling well because of lack of sleep. It really made me realize that no matter how well you eat, if you don’t get enough sleep and rest, your body will eventually give in.
Working hard is not worth it if you end up getting sick. So be good to yourself. Rest when you need to. Take care of your body and your health. ❤️
As we get older, our bodies need more care, and we can’t keep pushing ourselves like we’re still young. 😅

18 months of a rough journey, but I’m still here. ❤️

There were days I felt tired, broken, and unsure of what tomorrow would bring. But through every struggle, every setback, and every difficult day, God gave me the strength to keep going.

Today, I choose to focus not on what I lost, but on the fact that I made it through. 🙏

Thank You, Lord, for another year of my existence. Another year to heal, to grow, to laugh, to travel, to make memories, and to appreciate this beautiful gift called life.

18 months was rough, but it didn’t break me. It made me stronger, more grateful, and more appreciative of every single day.
